WE KNOW THEY’RE OUT THERE SOMEWHERE …

Hundreds and thousands of children were educated at what is now known as Petrie State School.

As part of previous celebrations of the school’s history, many past students have celebrated their memories of their time in primary school by providing a valuable slice of life during times foregone.

We invite all students, parents, staff, volunteers and friends, past and present to contribute to this project by submitting your memories of Petrie school for publication in the ‘MEMORY PROJECT’.

SHARE YOUR MEMORIES HERE DIRECTLY ON OUR MEMORY FORUM

OR

Below are two forms:

• On the first one you can fill in your rememberings and a headline and submit it to the project, and we will post it to the MEMORY FORUM in due course.  Don’t worry only your name will be published, not your email address.  Check back regularly to see if yours has been published in the MEMORY FORUM.

• The second form is for you to upload your photographic memories or pictures or scans of your memorabilia to add to our digital museum as valuable artifacts.  You can only submit .jpg files at a maximum of 5mb.  If you are having trouble please CONTACT us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Also if you have photos that are scanned or digitised, CONTACT us as we would love to discuss how we may provide this service for you in order to add to our collection.
